Zoroastrians (i believe) may have been the first to think in terms of one G-d, but I’ve always loved that Judaism’s goal is to teach/exemplify/ enlighten the world with good works in the service of making this world (not any next) a better, more hopeful, place. Obviously, this will depend on how you define God, but Zoroastrianism believes in two equally powerful deities, which makes it not monotheistic. Judaism was the first to say that what we perceive as evil comes from God just like good does.
